If you would like to temporarily take your profile offline, you can go to your settings page and hit the "Pause" button. This will hide your profile from the match screen but allow you to continue messaging users you have already connected with. No new users will be able to contact you. *Please Note, deactivation does NOT cancel or pause your subscription.*

How do I Delete My HUD Account?

If you would like to delete your account, you can go to your settings page and hit the delete button. After doing this, you will not be able to recover your account. *Please Note, deletion of your profile does NOT cancel or pause your subscription.*

Please follow the steps below to cancel your subscription:

Go to Settings on your iPhone > [your name] > iTunes & App Store.

Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen.

Tap View Apple ID. You might need to sign in or use Touch ID.

Tap Subscriptions.

Tap the subscription that you want to manage.

Use the options to manage your subscription.
