How to Delete Cash App History?

Open the Cash App on your iOS or Android device. 

Next, tap on the “profile icon” in the upper right corner of the screen.

On the next screen, tap on “Support”.

The next screen will display a short list of parent topics. Tap "Something else" at the bottom of this list.

A long list of child topics will appear. Tap “Account Settings” at the bottom of this list.

Yet another list of options will appear. On this list, tap on “Close your Cash App account”.

A message will appear on the next screen indicating what happens when you close your account. Read everything and, if you are sure you want to permanently delete your account, press “Confirm”.

Your account is now permanently deleted.

How to Download Cash App History?

Go to the Cash App website at cash.app/account from any web browser and sign in using your email address or phone number. If you have enabled two-factor authentication, you will be prompted to enter a code.

Enter your Cash PIN.

On the left side of the screen, select Settings.

Scroll down to the Your Info heading, then select Download Your Info.

If you want to view your payment history, select the Activity tab instead.

In the upper right corner of the screen, select Statements.

You can restrict the selection to a specific month. To export all activities, select Export CSV.
